which will help institutes in creating strategies for more efficiently delivering the instruction,
ensuring an non-stop learning journey for students. The online learning has made it both easier and
complex for the students to opt their learning process. Given below are the advantages of online
learning(Liu Chen and Li 2021).
Efficiency
The online learning is introduced to the students at the time of The pandemic. This has been
promoted for the students so that they can learn and understand in a better way and their learning
process can not be hampered. The online mode of learning provides various opportunities and study
material to the students such as, PDF's, assessments, assignments, learning audio, videos and
materials.
Accessibility of time and place
The online education and learning is easy and Accessible to the students as they ca take their classes
from any where with the help of their phones and laptops. The online learning is also convenient for
the students as they can take their lessons and classes from any location. The good quality of
network is also required to take the online classes as it is the basic requirement of the online
learning.
Affordability
One of the most important advantage of the online learning is that it is affordable in price as
compared to the offline studies. The Online learning eliminates the various costs of going to the
institution, tuition fee and other cost which are paid to the institutions. The online study also
provides various materials and guides which are helpful for the students. The offline mode of
studies is considered as costly as compared to the online mode as it charges a huge amount of cost

to gain the knowledge an learning so that they can increase their learning capacity. This learning is
taken with the help of the phones and laptops which has increased the screen time of the
individuals(Malik and Rana 2020) . The increase in screen time was also a creating various issues
for the students as it is difficult for the students to focus on the screen for so
long.
Technology issue

Task 2
The global pandemic has effected the whole nation terribly. It has impacted several people
in different ways and so many people lost their lives too. Due to Covid-19 the whole globe was
facing lockdown situations and it drastically effected the eduction sectors and children was not able
to study . On the basis of the above completed project a detailed reflection has been given below
using Gibbs reflective model Gibbs reflective model was given by Graham Gibbs in 1988 to give
structure to learning from experiences. This model encourages people think in a systematic way
about the experiences they had during a specific situation, event or activity. Gibbs originally
advocates its use in repeated situations, but the stages and principles apply equally well for single
experiences too. The Gibbs model covers 6 stages namely, Description, as the above report was
given about the impact of Covid- 19 on the education sector and how it terribly effected the children
and their education for a prolonged report writing work I decided to divide the different sections so
that I can better focus on one section at one time. I had given enough time to myself for doing this
report before the deadline to individually write my sections and I was expected to complete the
report before the deadline day but when I was re-checking the report I found out that most of the
sections were not written according to the prescribed writing style because I was not about the style.
So I have to re written most sections of my report again to make it look like a perfect report. But I
was able to present the report before the deadline. The next stage is referred as the Feelings when I
was given this report I was feeling excited to learn about electric vehicles and about their
advantages and disadvantages but at the same time feeling sad to learn about the pandemic
situations . I was quite happy when I divided the sections thinking it will help me to do report in
better way but when I realised I could not hand in the report like it used to be then I got little
frustrated and was feeling very terrible. I was sure it will going to work again so I regain motivation
in me to complete the research report and rewrite the sections again but I feel sad I had to cancel my
outing plans but now looking back I am feeling satisfied about my work. The third stage is related
with the Evaluation, as The thing that went good and well about this research report was this
helped me learn about electric vehicles and about the impact of global pandemic and difficulties that
was faced by students in their education at that time and also the style of doing a research report I
was able to complete the report before my deadline date but what did not go well was when I was
found that the writing of my report was wrong and now I have to do most of the work again this
made me little furious and sad but t again developed positive attitude in me start working on the
report again. The next stage is referred as the Analysis stage, which is related with the focus on
details and about what happened in the situation. According to me, this stage has helped me to
develop the better understanding and deep evaluation about the challenges faced by m during the
online learning which were more specifically related with the network issue and increase in screen
time. The analysis of the whole scenario has developed a sense of good observation and learning
which will be helpful for the students to increase the academic literature. The reflective cycle has
helped me to do my project in an easy way. With the help of the reflective cycle I was able to
analyse and express more which can be beneficial for providing the better understanding. The next
stage of the Gibbs reflective cycle is referred as the Conclusion I learn a lot of things during the
time of COVID-19, online classes helps me schedule my time according to my convene and I am a
new generation students, so it is more comfortable for me, it give a equal opportunities. Many
school and insinuations get the leverage of online teaching, that time E- learning is the only
solutions. Because of online classes I am doing many across which helps me to develop my skills
and knowledge. Along with it gives me batter opportunities to collaborate with my classmates
through the virtual group meeting which is good for me. The online classes helps me to improve my
listening and communication skills. Last one is Action plan I need to take some possible actions
which helps me to identify my strengthen weakness, I need to improve my presenting skills, so that
I am able to able to present my work more creatively and innovation. If I need to improve this I start
practising speaking in front of others to build my self- confident and use less text and more visuals
in my presentation. Along with I start reading books to improve my writing skills.
