Online Learning

INTRODUCTION
In the modern era as the technology changes online learning plays a very important role
in making a successful career(Orabona, 2019). Online learning helps the student to set the pace
of their own learning in a very effective manner and the flexibility which is being added in
setting the schedule that fits with everyone agenda. The following report is going to cover the
meaning of online learning with their importance. This report also cover the positive impact of
online learning and negative impact of online learning.
TASK
Meaning of Online Learning :-
Online learning is also known as E- learning which is education that take place over the
internet. This is basically a type of distance learning in which learning take place across the
distance not in the classroom(Hamid, Sentryo and Hasan, 2020). The use of online education
platform helps the students as well as the teachers in balancing their work and studies in a very
effective manner. The online method of education is being considered as one of the most
appropriate and highly alternative medium of providing the education to the mature and self-
discipline persons. This provide an appropriate learning environment to them.
Positives of online learning :-
Online learning is very important in the today's era. The positive of online learning has
been discussed below :-
 Online learning saves the time and money :- with the help of online learning an
individual can access the requires content from anywhere and at any time. This is very
cost effective in nature, as students can take the class from anywhere and company can
give training to employees on online which saves the amount of travelling and
accommodations.
 Online Learning is Consistence :- As every instructor has its own way of teaching in
face to face sessions. With the help of online learning these style and susceptible
mistakes can be eliminated as this provide consistent and standardized training to the
student at every time.

 Online Learning is Scalable :- With the help of online learning, a trainer as well as a
teacher can provide training to their employees and student as much as they want. Due to
which more learner can take the advantage of courses in a faster way.
Negative of online learning :- the negative of the online learning has been discussed below :-
 Can causes the social isolation :- the methods which are use by the trainer in educating
the participant in online learning make them contemplation and lack of interaction.
Students and teacher who spend most of their time on online learning starts to feel low
and the sign of social isolation has been feel by them.
 Lack of communication skill development :- During the online learning only the
academic knowledge has been improved, the development of communication skill has
been neglected during this. The student cannot work in team setting because of the lack
of communication skill.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that online learning play a very important
role in an individual life in both academic and professional life. This report concluded that online
online leaning is beneficial only for those students and employee who can use this in a very
proper manner. The negative and positive aspects has also been concluded.
