The presentation concludes that online learning has both positive and negative impacts, with its effectiveness depending on the user. It suggests that while online learning was beneficial during the pandemic, a hybrid model may be the best approach for future education. Introduction
 In this presentation online learning
concept is going to be elaborated.
Majorly basically is the idea behind
e-education. How it is valuable and
fruitful in today’s education culture
also what are its drawbacks causes
negative impact. (Aydoğdu, 2020)


Define online learning ?
 It is the internet based education which
is carried out through online mode. The
teacher and students are connected by
means of video call platform, or
through recorded lecture on which the
students can have access as per
preferred time or their relevant time.
There is various software which
information technology companies
provide in order to conduct the classes
(Park, and Kim, 2020)

The Advantages of online learning
 This medium of continuing study provides
flexibility to access education at any point of
time, irrespective of age and location.
 This helps the introvert personality to openly
come up and clear doubts, at its comparatively
easy through this platform
 E-resources of study is considered as vast
source it has maximum of information which
can provide good details about a topic
(Robinson, Al-Freih, and Kilgore, 2020).
 This is fruitful medium for the higher education
students as they can study along with their jobs.
 Through this any part of the student can have
the opportunity to get lessons from any
university which has distance learning
education facility.

The disadvantage of online learning
 The excess utilisation of electronic device
can adversely affect health condition of an
individual.
 Creativity and innovative skills are
developed more in offline learning.
 There are maximum chances of
distractions from study.
 There are chances of fraud a student might
ask someone else to their homework and
assignment which can be really harmful.
 Along with intellectual, physical growth
through sports and extracurricular
activities is difficult in this mode of
studies (Thai, Wever and Valcke,).

Conclusion
 From this presentation it can be
evaluated that online learning has both
good and bad impacts. It is certainly
depended upon the one who is using
it. Online learning is advantageous in
some areas. It helped in continuation
of studies during the pandemic.
However, it cannot be adopted as basic
medium of studies. Future education
can continue in hybrid mode.
