The Topic
The topic is all about to identify the impact of online teaching among students and its
effect upon their performance after pandemic. Also, it has been analyzed that there are drastic
change identified within education system and entire system shifts to online. However, it has
both positive as well as negative sign which will be discussed in the present study.
Background and Justification
From starting of 2020, entire human life affected adversely due to Covid-19 either in the
level of education and income. The pandemic assists to use the importance of advance
technology and that is why, students from privileged backgrounds, and support by their parents
are eager to learn and study online (Zhou and Li, 2020). Online teaching is the method that
become famous from 2020 where teachers from all classes started providing online classes in
order to let students able to enhance their learning capabilities. China has a largest education
system in the world and statistic also stated that there were millions of students enrolled within
China due to its best education system. Similarly, the current report also assists to determine the
impact of online teaching upon student’s performance within Chinese education system. Also,
with the help of qualitative research type, scholar also present the ways through which
challenges faced by teachers can be minimized.
The chosen topic for this study is impact of online teaching within Chinese education
sector and the entire world is affected badly due to pandemic. Also, there are many sectors that
negatively affected and among all, education sector is the most affecting industry where student
either trained or respond negatively. That is why, with the help of this chosen topic, scholar shed
a light upon student’s performance. As, study through online mode is not as easy because the
concentration and their lifestyle affected their performance and capabilities (Huang, 2020). On
the other side, teachers are also faces different challenges while managing the students online
and that is why, the study assist to examine the ways through which such challenges may
overcome.

Besides this, with the help of this study, scholar also gain deep understanding pertaining
to online teaching and this in turn also helps in their future which in turn cause positive impact
upon education systems.
Research problem
The entire study is based upon the education system and how online teaching causes
direct impact over the Chinese student’s performance. In the beginning of 2020, education
system faces challenges for implementation of online education system which include not having
expertise, teachers are not enough trained to offer online education, internet issues etc. In order
to solve such issues, the present study assist to determine the ways through which the problem
can be solved (Xiao and Li, 2020). Apart from this, it has been also analyzed that with the help
of present research, different solutions can be presented that helps to improve the results and
performance of the students in near future.
Purpose
The purpose behind choosing the specific topic is such that entire education system
within country shaken due to pandemic. As a result, student’s performance and their learning got
affected in negative manner. Earlier, people heard about distance learning but from last year,
entire education system transfer into online. However, this is considering as a research issues
because online teaching has a direct impact upon the student’s performance. Also, reopening
schools and University also bring unquestionable benefits to students, but it might affect their
learning and performance (Sahu, 2020). Thus, with the help of present research, scholar shed a
light upon the different techniques which can be used by the teachers in order to examine the
impact of online teaching upon the students within Chinese education system.
Deficiencies in the Evidence
According to Chen and et.al., (2020) research concerning the use of online teaching methods
within Chinese education system and its impact over the student’s performance. However,
Mishra, Gupta and Shree (2020) explained that more studies needed to explore student’s and
teacher‘s views regarding the online teaching methods post Covid-19. Thus, a variety of studies
have already explored impact of online teaching upon the student’s learning or academic
