Introduction
• Online learning can be helpful in various ways as the
students can adapt various courses and diploma certificates
and they can also engage in their class lessons (Sahoo,
2020).
• This Presentation is based on the self-reflection related to the
online learning and it will also cover the experiences and
issues which were faced while taking the online classes.

What is online learning?
• Online learning is defined as the basic terminology for any type of
education or learning gained distantly away from traditional classroom
through digital technology (Singh and Thurman, 2019).
• Many students are using the online platform to study so that they can
continue to do their work without any problem and issue.
• Various institutes and educational centres are also providing the
facilities of online learning so that the students can get the easy access
to learning so as to make a better future of them.
• The online learning has various advantages and disadvantages which
are stated further.

• The Online classes can be taken from anywhere
there is proper accessibility of time and place as
they are taken through the internet which can be
opted from any place, this is very helpful to learn
and gain knowledge (Alqurashi, 2019).
• The online studies are quite affordable and they
are low at cost as compared to the offline studies
as they do not require any tuition fee and cost of
going to the institute and joining it.
• The online studies can be taken with the help of
Mobile phones, laptops etc. with a good network.
What are the positives of online learning

What are the negatives of online learning?
• The major issue during the online learning is the poor connectivity
of network.
• The network should be effective while taking the online classes as it
is the basic requirement of the online learning (Bdair, 2021).
• The poor connection of network can have laid the students face
difficulties in continuing their classes and learning.
• The consistent network is needed to promote the online studies.
• There are various students who does not have proper access to
internet and they are unable to take the online classes.
• The teachers should also be effective and efficient enough in the use
of technology and they must be aware about the use of various
online apps which can be helpful for them to make the students
aware and understandable about the topic (Yan and et. al., 2021).

Conclusion
From the above discussion it is concluded
that online learning is an effective way to
support long distance education of
individuals. It has various advantages such
as promotion of flexibility and eliminating
the requirement of tuition fee making it
affordable. Despite this several drawbacks
such as inability to access consistent
internet network and proficiency in
ethnology usage reduce its applicability for
every student.
