What is the key literature used as background to the article?
The main motive behind this article is that to find the delivery technology for online
learning. Because they thought that it really helps in providing efficient learning materials that
become the reason of good outcomes. But it is criticize by Clark and many other scholars that it
is not effective to influence students. Because they are thought that content and instructional
strategies are effective as compared to delivery of technologies (Salifu and et. al., 2019). After
the discussion it can be analysed that they come on one point that online learning is very
beneficial for students if they used very well.
Explain the following quotation
The author defines online learning that it is the use of internet that means for online
learning internet accessibility is very important because without that it is not possible. Internet
accessibility is necessary for interaction with content, learners and instructors. It is also
important they receive some support so that learning can be effectively done.
What are the benefits of online learning?
There have many benefits from online learning such as it save time, cost and easily
accessible by students at any place. The most important benefits that leaner receive that they can
save their time and go for self study that helps to achieve their motive.
What are the strengths and weaknesses of the schools of learning?
School learning can run from years and years and that can not be end. It is very important
for making their students independent and developed many kinds of skills that require by
students in their carer (Evans, Ward and Reeves, 2017). But there are some weakness also that
students feels hesitation if other students making fun of them and the cost of school learning is so
high.
Reflections
I learned from this article that online learning is very effective as it saves cost, time, etc. I
analysed that it is very important for students who are not able to come at schools so that's why

they can go for online learning. It is seen that technology gets updated day by day that become
the main motives to adopt online learning.

What are you perspectives on argues for case on theories of online learning?
From my perspective the argues are right but it is also true that theory are the base that
helps to analyse the situation in right way (Bolliger and Martin, 2018). Argues can be easily
solved if proper solution can given to person.
What do you think of the attributes of learning?
Attributes of learning is the learning type that means how an individual grasp learning in
what sense. They argue that it should be include knowledge-centred,
community-centred, assessment-centred and learner-centred. According to me learner centred is
considered as espoused theory and knowledge-centred is considered as theory to use.
What does the meaning of:
1) Learning community, Community of inquiry, Social cognition and community of practice
Social cognitions is the theory of learning in which tutor try to notice the behaviour of
students that how they can interact with other persons or their learning powers in the learning
community. Community of practice is group of people participate in particular learning field
whereas community of inquiry is the inquiry for analysing that how learning takes place in
particular group.
2) Explain the concept of ‘affordance of net’ and affordance of the semantic web
Affordance of the Semantic Web
including envision of e-learning environment that is reusable (National Academies of Sciences,
Engineering and Medicine and Committee on Population, 2019). Whereas affordance of net not
provide the service of reusable.
Conceptualisation of ‘interaction’
Interaction is the important term that used in my study also because it helps in clearing
doubts or problems in learning.

How can you apply such framework to your current study?
This structure helps to clear out the interaction with teacher and content. In my study
when learner try to understand the content that they give they should be firstly understand first so
that they can give their knowledge best to me. It is important that interaction is run to each and
every stage and includes content teacher and learner.
Explain the model of online learning and their implications

According to me, it is very effective model that I analysed after the explanation of model
to my friends. Me and my friends both are get attracted with this model because it helps to clear
out all doubts regarding particular topic.
After the brief study of these two topics that given by Terry Anderson and Mohammed
Ally are interrelated. Because Mohammed give basic meaning of online learning and argument
regarding the delivery technologies. Terry Anderson just continue the study through giving
theories of online learning. They are interrelated because the main motive of both author on one
topic i.e. theory and practice of online learning.

A successful leader and manager requires some important qualities to grow organisation.
Some important qualities that should be include in their professional knowledge, creative,

very important to adopt the changes from a dynamic world.
