REFLECTION
The present report includes another section which is reflection based on the overall
experience gathered while preparing the poster presentation. This is the section which is based
on the overall experiences of the researcher which is experienced by them while preparing the
poster (Ahmed, 2020). This part of reflection is developed by using a framework which is known
as Gibbs reflective cycle. This consist of different elements which are feelings, description,
evaluation, action as well as conclusions.
Description
In the present report the topic which is chosen by the researcher is “The importance of
online marketing in recent trends of mobile phone purchase”. This is one of the most emerging
topic in the current environment which have their influence over the performance as well as
profitability of the business entity. The first thing which is done in this research which is linked
with the topic is develop objectives and hypothesis on the basis of which all the information will
be gathered. For this different sort of methods are used by researcher which help in developing
results as well as conclusion. Along with this, all the informations which has been gathered in
this research project is based on secondary data collection method where books, articles, journals
and newspapers are used. Although the best method is quantitative approach which help in
gathering all the numerical data and informations related to the selected topic. It has been
observed by me that all these methods help me in order to fulfil the need of present research and
develop value to the business entities.
Overall, it is said that this is the module which described as one of the most effective
opportunity for me helped in examining the concept of online marketing and assist me in order to
gain further opportunities in near future (Markkanen and et. al., 2020).
Feelings
At the time of executing development in this module the feelings which are experienced by
myself were appropriate to reflect that feelings have positively impacted on my working
standards at a certain limit. I experienced both positive and negative vibes thus it was defined as
mixed feeling
At the starting of the module it was asked by me to develop a poster that will be used in the
investigation based on impact of online marketing on mobile purchase. I find it difficult at the

starting point to sort business objective and hypothesis so that research base can be developed
(Tanaka, Okamoto and Koide, 2018).
The starting period have resulted into anxiety and resulted into lack of confidence in
myself which resulted into thoughts towards reaching towards a conclusion. At time I think that I
will not be able to complete my project but at time when my objective will be achieved, there
will be change in my feelings thus sense of confidence will be developed in me that encourage
me to design poster presentation effectively.
Whenever I have the feeling that I am going on the wrong path then I will consult with my
supervisor and mentor for providing me viable solution in order to positively develop this
module with little struggles.
Evaluation
In the third stage of this model, overall evaluation of my experience has been developed
which gives me both positive as well as negative results. One of the biggest issue faced by me
arise at the time of framing hypothesis as well as examining the framework for attaining them.
That time, I took help from my seniors, colleagues, friends and with there assistance I prepare
the whole project in an effective and attractive manner. Apart from the negative aspect, positive
influence of this research is that it aid me in enhancing my overall communication skills along
with analytical skills. In addition to this, by developing poster presentation in an effective
manner, it has been identified by me that my skills related to Microsoft power point has been
increased. It has been said that an investigation is said to be undertaken by adopting methods
which were being selected in the research methodology section (Sekarwinahyu and et. al., 2018).
By considering this statement, it has been said that this is the make and break point of the
research which is crucial for the positive result of the whole research.
Conclusions
As per my view point, it has been said that I have given my best in order to complete the
whole research in an effective manner. In this research, all the information which is collected by
me are from secondary sources which assist me in order to justify my overall hypothesis in an
effective manner. It has also been concluded that at the end of this research my overall research
skills and capabilities has been developed. Also by using different articles from online websites
help me in developing effective presentation which leads towards getting opportunities in near
future.

Action
It has been analysed by me that there are ample number of changes which needs to be
implemented in near future so that all the overall result will be effective and as per the
requirement. The first and most important thing which need to be adopted by me in future is I
will go with primary method of data collection which will assist me in getting better results (Li
and et. al., 2020). In this I will go with interview or questionnaire method as per the need of the
research. Along with this, in relation to the result section, I will opt table format in order to
present my whole result in an effective manner. I would also like to include some more
information related to the same topic which will be gathered by me from newspaper articles or
from some webpages.
