It is analysed that evolution of online techniques has bring several changes in the current
methods of learning. In addition, there are several challenges also faced by students during
online classes such as absence of face to face interaction, proper doubt clearance and more (Kao,
2020). In Here, extra curriculum activities are also not present during online classes that are
really essential for overall development of students. Therefore, there are several constraints are
faced by students as well as mentors during online techniques.
Key stakeholders in online learning environment?
There are several individuals such as mentors, teachers, students, technology experts and
more are some crucial parties that are involved in online studies. Here, mentors provide guidance
to students in order to enhance their knowledge and skills (Ridge and Ritt, 2017). During online
classes a team of efficient technical staffs are also required to manage whole process of online
learning.
What are the responsibilities of each stakeholder?
It is analyzed that students are responsible to take classes during predefined time and
maintain proper decorum during online classes.
Teachers/ Mentors are responsible to answer the queries of students and learners
effectively so that they can get proper skill and knowledge.
Technical experts: These are also important stakeholders of online platforms who are
responsible to manage efficient sever during online classes (Stephenson, 2018).
Discuss personal self development plan?
I have examined that there are several skills such as communication as well as
presentation skills that I need to develop during my studies (Lejeune, Beausaert and Raemdonck,
2017). For this, I will take several online classes and also take suggestions from experienced
person to develop these skills. In addition I will determine a predefined period of time and also
asses the progress in order to undertake necessary activities for improvements.
