The health issue is a very important part of human life. Good health always provides a good
living standard. In the global world health issue is the major industry in which requires more
developed. In the present time, every person demands good medical services with a proper
appointment with the medical staff. Busy phone lines of the hospital and high manual
presentation in the health care unit decreases the satisfaction rate of the person.
The online polyclinic appointment system is a method with the help of them generates an
effective appointment mechanism. The online polyclinic appointment system increases the
working structure of the health unit department. Online booking is the new path function to
create the ability for the online appointment in the health industry. In this system waiting
period time between the health unit and user or patient is totally reduced. Online polyclinic
system is a mechanism with the use of the proper time utilization of the health care
department and patient.
1.1 Main purpose:

are connected in a single path function for the users or patient. In this system patient easily

industry waiting time for the patient is the major problem for getting the health experts
appointment. Long waiting time in the health industry provides a negative effect on the user
or patient. Waiting time baldly effect on the condition of serious patients. Waiting time
parameter is the time situation which is faced by the patient’s attendees.
2.2 Appointment Delay:
The relationship between the health unit and patients is totally depending on the appointment
time period. If any sub sustains delay the appointment time period it directly effects on the
relationship. Appointment delay is the causes of the cancellation of the appointment.

client and server side mechanism. With the help of the MySQL tool in the online polyclinic,
appointment system generates the database collection. MySQL tool manages all the data

management system using the Notepad++ and XAMPP server system. In this type of server
facility data, collection work is easy to understand by the client and server side. The online
