Introduction
In the given case study, mention that there is required to build the online registration system
that will make easy to the users to register on it, able to choose the course & make themselves
registered on it etc. They have CEO, COO, CLO, CBO, CTO, CDO and staff members for
completing the online registration system. Their aim is to build the registration system so,
there start the project planning related to same. To fulfill the project need to make the Project
Initiation Document which tells the project scope, project goal, about the stakeholder that are
participating in the project and their roles. Make a Gantt chart to properly show the activities
carry out each day by using the Ms-project application. Communication plan like who will
deliver, how to supply etc. Tell about project cost breakdown where the cost need and how
much required? The last is the group work where compare the three different methods of the
project with their pros, cons, and examples.

CEO CEO will decide which plan need to execute
and the budget and time period regarding
the project (Money Matters , 2019).
COO COO will communicate with the CEO on a
daily basis regarding the strategies of
operations, policy, discussing with members
for related strategies (SearchCIO, 2019).
CBO CBO, it in the same position as of CEO. It is
the executive of top strategy operations.
CLO CLO supports the goal of an online
registration system and the program of
learning.
CDO It takes the decision for long and short term
organization strategies for success and the
growth of the college (Anon, 2019).
CTO Its position is of the like executive, it
handles all the issues related to technology
and scientific problems.
Government All the works were done under the protocols
of the government. The organization
requires the permission of the government
before starting the project.
Shareholder If the college makes the progress then the
shareholder will get the benefit and if the
college project will fail then the shareholder
will have loss as a shareholder is directly
proportional to the college.
Students, Tutors & Staff members The students, tutors & staff members will
participate in the online registration system
by registering, by choosing the course, by
uploading the assignments, by viewing the

grades & attendance. So, the students,
Tutors& Staff members traffic will effect
directly to the System.
Manager of Resource A resource manager manages the resources
that are required at the time of the project
process. Resource manager will relate
directly to the manager of the project
regarding the resources. For the project
completion, these resources are helpful.
Competitors There is another college in the same
organization, they will compare as there is
the same number of students in the college.
They will affect the number of students.
Team members of the project The support of the team member will help
to gain the project proposed and the
cooperation of team member is also helpful.
The role played by each team member will
help in the completion of the project.
Admin An admin will help to reach the project
proposal and help to complete the project
with great efficiency as the admin.
Manager of Project Manager of the project basically manages
the whole team as they will relate directly to
the project of the college. Manages to tell
the task to be completed by the particular
member of the team. Only the manager will
divide the task. The manager will properly
plan about the project, a daily progress
report will be shared with the manager, the
manager will take care of resources and
connect with stakeholders and also sharing
the progress reports with the admin on time
and the budget of the project will be decided

by the manager of the project.
Executive Manager of the college The executive manager will recruit
members for supporting the management to
fulfill the plan of the project.
Community Communities will affect when the project
will successfully make easy the life of
students for viewing the grades &
attendance etc. It helps to engage the
students & the growth of the college.
Data Analyst & Business Analyst Data analyst analyze the system traffic and
help to increase the more registration of the
students on the system. Data analyze will
tell the dislike, like and the requirements of
the students by analyzing it.
Business analyst analyses the problems after
the of the system goals are achieved,
analyze the goals of the system, it will take
some measures to expand the system further
(Anon, 2019).

Gantt Chart
Gantt chart is the graphical representation, the horizontal bar used to show the activities that
are carried out each day with the total number of days till the activity will last. It will track
the task that is specified by the project. It will provide the status of the project by clear the
illustrating. It will include the end & the start date of the task, milestones of the project, Task
assign to particular students and the task dependency. It is the simplest way to present the
activities. Gantt chart is useful for large projects to define the plans, schedule and project

Communication Plan
It is an approach for the policy of the stakeholders to provide the information. It specifically
defines the plan, who will provide the information on the specific task. At the time of
information deliver, what channels of communication should be used to deliver that
information. Plan of Management anticipates the communication effectively by deciding the
specific information required to communicate with segments audience. The address also
know by the plan, to confidential communicate whose authority? How to deliver the
information by emails, report, presentation etc. After the delivery of the system by using the
college stakeholder will choose the channel for communication to get the feedback of the
students & how documented the communication. It plays a vital role in changing
management. It breaks the resistance to get a change to everyone by making the strategy of
communication effective. Require the change to become endorse & engage to help the
stakeholders. Bring it about steps will be taken. In the management of the project, some
common words or terms will be included in the communication plan at the time of the
project. It may include the template samples; the manager of the project will use the forms for
information communication and reports. When there will be the emergency conditions the
communication plan will go for both non electronic & electronic ways of the channel in
communication for transferring the information. It involves the announcing across the paging
building system, messages on text, alert mails, already recorded calls & tree phones. Will
channel of communication will available electronic, the online registration system of the
organization may use the emergency communication information (Blog, 2019).
