INTRODUCTION
In fast and developing environment, technology has been playing a crucial role by making
individual understand that help to deal in complex situation. Thus with changing time the
information and communication technology is gaining very important and is required by
individuals and modern businesses (Ball and Balogh, 2016). Advance technology helps
companies to reduce the cost and increase overall profitability, on the other side internet facilities

been discussed.

live conference. In general, web conferencing could be discussed as a term that hold different

business context, the concept of web conferencing is classified into three categories depending
upon formats such as presentation, meeting and collaboration. There are several kind of web
conferencing that support organisation to perform work in proper manner and gain the success.

category of web conferencing. In this meeting there is flow of information in both direction,

helps to properly determine if team member has faced any issues. In order to communicate in

form that may lead towards creating loss of patience within research that will further hamper
