INTRODUCTION
This is an individual report which will include different Web conferencing providers and
their comparison on the basis of features, suitability and its application. As the two web
providers are Video centric as it provide high quality video conferencing with advance
technology. As it aim is to solve all the problems of client and closely work with them. And the
second web conferencing provider is Team viewer as it provide the facility to share the screen
and remote controlling. Further this report will include the different type of skills which are
requires to conduct the online research in the effective manner and also to work in the smooth
manner. And also it will discuss the various challenges that are faced while conducting the
research.

this it is essential to find the topic on which the research will be conducted and work on the topic

research is that it is essential to maintain the quality , safety and infection control standards. As
researchers must gather information which of high quality and also it is essential to give attention
to detail as to make the research very effective. The next skills which is required is that the
researcher must known how to manage work on time and know all the methods to complete the
work on time (Mertens and et.al., 2017).
Challenges
There are many challenges which are faced by the researchers in conducting the online research
are -
The first and foremost challenge is that to select the right topic as it is the big challenge to
determine the right topic and also to determine the available resources , time to complete the
research and also the topic which the researcher can fully justify it to a large extent. And the
second biggest challenge is that to manage the time as it is very important to work on time and
manages the time accordingly. And the next challenge is absent of supervisor as it is important to
have the advisor which advice the researcher in conducting the research in an effective manner.
The last and the biggest challenge in conducting the online research is lack of technical
knowledge. As if the researcher does not have the knowledge of technology while conducting the
online research then he will not able to conduct the research in the smooth manner. And also the
researcher may faced personnel life challenges which might faced while conducting the research
in an effective manner as there are many reasons and issue which may arise while management
of research. The next challenge is to have proper planning as if the the planning is not in proper
direction then it might affect the the whole research and impact it in negative manner. As
effective planning give direction to the planning process and help the research in systematic
process (Mukhtar, 2019).
