INTRODUCTION
Electronic Commerce (EC) or online business is defined as concern transactions which
take place through internet or telecommunications networks. This includes intra business and
customer services for providing products and services to consumers. With rise in technology,
there are large number of organisation which focuses on online business to make easy for their
consumers and users. The organisation chosen for project work is Pamper My Shoe which is
online store that deals in providing both product and service in terms of sneakers shoe care
solution and shoe laundry service. It is the first enterprise that focuses on rendering services for
shoe care and laundry to customers. The report covers products and services provided by
organisation along with ways for improving online business. Marketing plan and revenue model
has been discussed in an effective and efficient manner. For business plan, website has design to
create awareness among consumers.

The organisation chosen for project work is Pamper My Shoe which reflects line of

Pamper My Shoe is online store which deals in both products and services for their
consumers in proper manner. The main product of respective organisation is sneaker shoes care
solution and providing laundry services to users. This organisation has established in order to
fulfils requirement of youth consumers who uses high quality sneaker shoes. Pamper My Shoe
has their own manufacturing units where they produce all shoe care solution and laundry services
as per requirements of their users. Firstly they manufacture those products and store them in their
own warehouse for providing services to users in an effective and efficient manner.
2) Purpose of introducing e-commerce
In order to commence e-commerce business there are different purpose such as increase in
profitability, reduction in cost and other.
a) Two ways for improving business
Online business is the most easiest and simple to be performed in competitive market.
The requirements of consumer are changed on frequent which is fulfilled through help of online

on its rival companies. It is very important to careful analyse and evaluate these companies so
that Pamper My Shoe can develop better products and strategies other its competitors. Both of
these two are online competitors of respective company. Shucare organisation is a manufacturing
company which is located in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. This is a joint venture between
European and Australian companies. It is marketing its products to specific retail outlet which
includes luggage retailers, leather accessory retailers, leather outlets, footwear retailer, shoe
stores, leather craft stores. Weakness of Shucare Company is that it is more focused on
technology rather than needs and requirements of customers. Products of this company are
lacking in updates and this company needs to focus on its products design and development.
Shoe products Australia is a well known company which is established from past 45 years. It was
previously known as a G&M Pavlides and this company have a very strong brand image. It is
providing an outstanding customer service which has helped them in achieving steady growth in
business. Weakness of Shoe product Australia company is that it is using more traditional
marketing approach which is not suitable for this Morden competitive environment.
There are various strengths of Pamper My Shoe business which helps them in gaining
competitive advantage over these rival companies. Respective company is developing products

Attracting visitors to websites is one of the most important tasks for online business. But
influencing customers and increasing traffic to website is not an easy task. For this company
have to develop effective and efficient strategies. There are various ways though which Pamper
My Shoe business can increase its traffic on website as well as attract more and more customers
towards its products. Two advertising strategies that should be used by respective company in
order to attract visitors to website.
Post to social media- Social media is a very attractive and interesting platform to
influence customers as well as increase sales. Respective company should start posting its

manner. It is essential to estimate different types of cost and make budget for requirement of
money in order to initiate enterprise. There are all together ten employees who will be working
for organisation where five overview care solution department, two focus on providing laundry
services and remaining three perform all other activities. Each of them will be paid $20000 for
performing work. In order to include myself as employee, I would pay living wage as $25000 for
doing work in an organisation. The respective organisation handles customer complaints in order
to provide help to their users in solving problems. As per requirement of consumer they should
be provided help and support so that better results can be achieved. It is also paying services
