Project title: Implementation of Mobile app to increase business efficiency
1.1 The purpose of the innovation
BizOps is focuses on providing very high quality, innovative service outcomes
considering their frequently changing requirements also. The purpose of BizOps is to offer
innovative green product solution adopting suitable work practices as well.
1.3 The background context for the project
Using combines business experiences of Simmon, Devon and Ntushka BizOps has
become a very popular retail company in these days. However, due to their product affordability
and service efficacy the numbers of consumers of the company is growing rapidly. Staring from
a single store front currently the numbers of outlets operating the owners are near about more
than 150. In order to obtain structured and measurable revenue from the competitive market and
to gain competitive advantages in the market the marketing manager of the company has planned
to implement a mobile application for their consumers.
1.4 Project objectives
 To enhance the revenue of the company by around 15% within the financial year
ending
 To maintain the rate of annual profit by 15% for each and every offered services
and products
 To reinvest a profit rate by75% by the end of the financial year
 To maintain the marketing position by launching high quality and user friendly

1.5 Key deliverables
BizOps is focused to deliver a user friendly mobile app to their consumers to increase the
business efficacy and gain a profit margin up to 75% by the end of the financial year. The issues
associated to physical stores and organizational operations will be completely resolved with the
design and implementation of the mobile app. The aim of BizOps is to deliver a mobile app
which will provide a new direction to the retail operations.
