Purpose of project plan
The purpose of project plan overview provide high level description in related to different
activities performance by online shopping platform. Nowadays, many consumers are attracting
towards online platform during covid-19 and consider as successive story of business in world-
wide. In this project management plan, investigator will focus on the developed a proposed
website which aim to integrate with multiple trade and commerce activities through single
platform. it enable consumers place their order online and delivered to them. The name of online
shopping platform is known as HG buy. The proposed website shall be easy to navigate and
integrated with different payment system, delivery options. That’s why, it is always attracting
potential customers who can access online platform and purchase product in proper manner.
Project goal and objective
The project involves developing an online platform and its primary aim to integrate with
different trade and other kind of commerce activities (Antwi, 2020). This kind of project is
always provide great support in term of business growth and development.
Goal- the Goal of project is to provide the facilities and services for potential consumers to place
order online and delivered them via delivery address.
Objective- The objectives of this project shall be divided into different types: business objectives
and technical objectives.
 To improve the trade and commerce in markets through innovative ideas. Traditionally,
retailers have already used the old method to sell their product in marketplace. But new
idea will always support for developing an opportunity and increase the revenue of
retailers in marketplace.
 To save customers, enterprise time. it is important thing in the business development
because there are different companies pay their workers on the basis of working hours.

online shopping platform.
 The technical objective is to successful develop and implement online shopping platform
such as website. In order to integrate with different seller in particular areas or place. This
could help to reduce price or cost in business operational activities. Moreover, it is also
increasing the speed of retailer activities.
Procurement plan-
The nature of project would requires essential resources which needed to be bought online and it
is tangible. Usually, a project manager is mainly focused on the select or chose a particular
domain name for website, hosting, integrated payment processors. In this project, project team
will focus on the intangible resources and relevant as creation of online (Aragonés-Beltrán,

this phase is to target audience and attract potential client towards online platform like website.
