INTRODUCTION

RESULTS AND FINDINGS
The data gathered from Office of national statistics and the graph
developed clearly represents the continuous rise of online shopping
by taking the age group as the basis. The data table is presented
above with the graph.
According to the graph it is clearly represented that in the year
2019 the use of digital platforms has increased in all age groups
that is from 16 to 34 and 35+.
The graph represents the use of social platforms and the gradual
growth rate in different age group.
This provides the analysis that social platforms and their usage is
being increasing steadily and in the present scenario the rise in
online shopping is also taking place.
People of all age are preferring the use of social channels and e-
commerce to shop at their own convenience and will. The date
clearly states the growth of digital platforms.
