It has been identified that factors which derive the online market
before the COVID includes the strong and steady growth of the
internet users and rising awareness’s related to the online shopping.
Online launching of the products was increased and there was the
low pricing due to the bulk of the perches. There were the
increasing numbers of the exclusive, products in the market and
lower pricing of the products due to the direct distribution channel
and economical scale further contribute to the growth of the global
e-commerce market.

The online business or shopping has create high influence in
market where people are keen to purchase their product and
services from online shopping platform. There are famous online
shopping portals such as Amazon, Shop clues etc.

Online shopping during COVID
In the first half of the 2020 when the UK hit by the COVID crisis,
there was the huge change in the online shopping retail during the
April., food retail grew by over 55 percent in April 2020
comparison to the previous months..

this percentage increased to approximately 75%. opposite to that
offline shopping behaviour decreased over the analysed period

uncertain consumers demands and supply chain issues which
effected e commerce industry

shopping situation in UK. As the overall situation has been
described on the basis of methods and data analysis. Further, it
also explained the online shopping condition before, after and
during in Covid situation effectively.
