(OSFMS) for the organization Globlex for replacing the current manual system that is

Individual work for project manager
As a project manager, I work effectively in executing the project of OSFMS within
the expected due date by resolving the project challenges. In addition to this, I work with
team members and provide them proper direction as well as advice on proper management of
work. In addition to this, I also worked hard, for resolving the conflicts that are associated
with the project. On the other hand, I have faced lot of challenges as well as issues in
communication with the stakeholders of the project initially and due to which I faced lot of
issues in managing and completing work of the project. In addition to this, I gained
appropriate knowledge as well as skills especially in ensuring team conflicts as well as team
dynamics for managing the project appropriately in the future.
Individual work for database developer
As a database developer, I work effectively on the project in context to database
technologies. I have successfully developed the database of the system by focussing on
routine support as well as maintenance for the OSFMS system. In addition to this I properly
focussed on improving the database by expanding its functionality from time to time. Coming
to my negative experiences, I have faced lot of problems as well as difficulties in debugging
code in the initial stage of database development. I struggled a lot and lastly able to debug the

code. In addition to this, I have learnt to manage time effectively while working in a group.
Furthermore, I have also gained lot of technical knowledge that I can utilize in my future
projects.
Individual work for system analyst and developer
As a system analyst, I work successfully with this project by involving myself in
reviewing, determining as modifying system needs which generally includes testing,
debugging, coding as well as installing. In addition to this, I work effectively within the
project to complete it within the expected deadline. However, I am also got some negative
experiences from this project. Ehen I started the project, I wasted around 1 week in coding
but I failed. Lastly I achieved to generate code successfully which helps in development of
the system on proper time. In addition to this, I have realized the significance of team
collaboration while working with team members of the project and analyzed that proper team
collaboration is needed for making the entire project successfully. Furthermore I have
analyzed the importance of proper time management for achieving the goals as well as
objectives of the project.
