Measurable Organizational Value (MOV)
MOV can be described as the limit of the standard that should be fulfilled by the
strategies proposed by the manager in manner to be approved by the executives of the project. It
is a level of the project delivery that should must be accomplished by the project charter or
planning strategies. Following are some of the vital aspects that should be accomplished by the
documents and constraints of the project related to the development of the online stud farm
management system:
Desired area of impact
Strategy: proper and effective strategy is necessary for the delivery of the project
considering the modifications on the existing system of the Globex and allowing better and
efficient delivery and output. The strategy should always consider the delivery of the activities
and actions within the milestone.
Customer: the needs and requirements of the customers are increasing with higher rate
and it is the desire of the customers to avail better and fast services from the organization side.
The standard of the services those are currently being provided to the consumers should be
enhanced and fast services should be introduced to the consumers.
Financial: the desired project should be a cost effective solution for the identified
problems, as the transformation will be accomplished through the transformation of the existing
paper work into an online system that can be helpful in allowing the automation and speeding the
existing services.

Operational: the system should be capable of accomplishing the existing activities and
more and allowing the employees and staffs for the accomplishment of the activities. The
operational activities related to the organization must not be hampered although it should be
enhanced through the execution of the project in successful and efficient manner.
Social: the project should be social friendly emphasizing on not affecting the overall
functionalities and objectives of the project. The economy must be agreed on the establishment,
which can be accomplished through adhering the sustainability management by the organization.
Types of value
Following are the two vital objectives and aspects that must be fulfilled by the project
considering the standard and quality of the project considering overall activities included in the
project:
Better
Quality is a crucial factor for the deployment of the successful project as the online
management system should not only be capable of delivering the necessary activities or
objectives rather it should be capable of delivering the activities in better and enhanced way. The
proposed management system brings out the maximum high quality of the output considering the
fulfillment of the needs and requirements of the consumers.
Do more
The clients of any organization will be happier and much satisfied, if the proposed
solution would be capable of enhancing the limitations of the services delivery. The proposed
system will not allow the enhancement in the existing system of the organization rather it will be
empowering the functioning and operations of the organization. it will also allow the availability

MOV Summary
Globex will be offered with a solution for the online management system that can
enhance the quality and pace of the operational activities being accomplished within the
organization through eliminating the extra efforts and allowing automation. This management
system will be able to collect, store and share the data and information related to the operational
activities those were previously done by pen and paper work. The proposed system will be free
from human errors, cost effective, no maintenance charges, eliminate the existing problems and
many more. In addition to this, the proposed system will allow the availability of the backup, and
data and information related to the current ongoing activities and previously accomplished
operations. Thus, it will also be helpful in considering the growth and development of the project
and allowing the managers to think of the strategies those could be implemented for the
enhancement in the quality of the project.

In – Scope
Following are the scopes for the project that should be covered by the execution of this
proposed project:
 Agreement with the Virtuon for the establishment of the online management system and
assuring that the services of the Virtucon will be provided for the functioning of the
operational activities of the Globex.
 Analyzing the issues being faced by the stud far managers and proposing the solutions
those could be capable of eliminating these problems.
 Development of the new online stud farm that can be boosting the operational activities
of the organization and empowering the standard of the services being delivered to them.
Out – Scope
 Marketing strategy for aligning the proposed system as per the market6 status has been
kept out of the scope for this project.
 The future enhancement in the proposed system will also be not considered in this report
 Third party identification and hiring is also out of the scope for this project.
