strategies proposed by the manager in manner to be approved by the executives of the project. It
is a level of the project delivery that should must be accomplished by the project charter or
planning strategies. Following are some of the vital aspects that should be accomplished by the
documents and constraints of the project related to the development of the online stud farm
management system:
Desired area of impact
Strategy: proper and effective strategy is necessary for the delivery of the project
considering the modifications on the existing system of the Globex and allowing better and
efficient delivery and output. The strategy should always consider the delivery of the activities
and actions within the milestone.
Customer: the needs and requirements of the customers are increasing with higher rate
and it is the desire of the customers to avail better and fast services from the organization side.
