Globex should focus on building a
customer focused system. With the
successful implementation of the
system, the breeder’s details, stud
details and secured level payment can
also be processed accordingly.

Financial: Capital investment is another
important thing on which the developers
should concentrate as well. The project
sponsors are responsible to deliver
required amount of capital so that the
system can be implemented securely.

Operational: Besides proper investment
over capital for the development of the
online stud farm management system
another thing on which the developers
should concentrate is proper
maintenance of operation. This is the
responsibility of the project manager
and the operation manager to make sure

1 is the consumer. With reference to the project the values those are specified include: faster
and cheaper
Faster: The purpose of the project is to make sure that all true percentage of through breeding is
maintained and breeding services are offered. There are many online stud farm system those are
used for service booking and breeding management. The system is required to be faster so that
it can grab more consumers accordingly.
Cheaper: The growth of any system depends upon its service timing, affordability and quality.
For this particular management system the affordability is again very important. Thus, the price
of booking should be cheaper so that it can grab more number of consumers accordingly.
 Develop an appropriate metric - this sets the target and expectation of all the stakeholders.
It is important to determine a quantitative target that needs to be expressed as a metric in
terms of an increase or decrease of money.

successful accomplishment of this particular project the project manager and the project team

 There is not particular marketing strategies developed for the online Stud farm
management system
 No future development plans are developed for this project
Assumptions
After analysing the details of the online stud farm management system developed by Globex it has
been found that, the project objectives can be reached by the project team members within 6
months and the total budget estimated for the successful implementation of the project is $40,000.
It is assumed that with the successful implementation of the project the consumers will be able to
book online with a faster and cheaper cost amount. Again they will also be able to get a secured
system where the details will be stored absolutely securely.
Constraints
For this project triple project constraints are cost, time and scope. The online stud farm
management system is estimated to be completed within 6 months with a cost of $40,000. It is
defined that the system will reduce the issues of traditional manual and spreadsheet maintained
record keeping system.
Scope Management Plan
In order to gain effective success from the online stud farm management system it is necessary for
the system developers to consider a scope plan and that must be followed by the project team
members and the project manager as well. Experienced system developers, Operation manager and
finance manager should be hired for implementing system. Before its implementation a prototype
