breed is completely balanced in the New
South Wales. In order to improve the
business and operation strategy the total
tome that may be required is 2 months.

of the online booking system of Stud
Farm it has been confirmed that it can
gain more number of consumers from
New South Wales and also from various
locations. In order to grab more number
of consumers the total tome that may be
required is 4 months.

Financial: With the implication of
online booking system Stud Farm will be
able to minimize cost the work schedule
and worker’s performance. Thus,
financially the company will be able to
gain effective benefits and commercial
success as well. In order to gain
competitive advantages and commercial
success from the market place the total
tome that may be required is 3 months.

Operational: The net cost of system
operation will cut down with the
adoption of proper system operation.
The time for response and the overall
time of processing also get reduced with

Social: With the help of the online
booking system the communication
approach among the project manager
and the project team members will
increase a lot and thus the overall
efficiency of the Stud Farm management
system will eventually raise a lot. In

management system the company
should take social support in terms of
social media network. For improving the

be required.

The online management system developed by Stud Farm is required to be unique one
and for the clients that must have user friendly nature so that the consumers can
efficiently use the system for necessary booking. Fort this particular system the two
different types of values those are assigned include faster and cheaper.
Better: The business strategies that has been developed for the stud Farm management
system is required to be better than the existing one. It can be said that with the
successful combination of efficiency and strategy the Stud Farm will be able to able to
deliver a much better service for the consumers of New South Wales.
Faster: Apart from this the other value that has been considered for Stud farm area of
impact is faster. It implies that the online booking system should have to be faster than
traditional booking system. Previously the company used to have traditional booking
system which was not at all reliable, flexible. With the new online bookimg system the

processing time will become lesser and the overall system processing will become much
faster. It will help to give service to more number of consumers within a smaller time
range which was not possible in traditional booking phase.
 Develop an appropriate metric - this sets the target and expectation of all the stakeholders.
It is important to determine a quantitative target that needs to be expressed as a metric in
terms of an increase or decrease of money.

From the overall system requirements and the other necessary actions those have been planned and
expected to be obtained from the outcome of the online stud farm management system it can be
said that total 8 months will be enough for the successful accomplishment of the online system. It is
also defined that, for minimizing the workload from the project team members the overall project is
divided in small segments and for individual segment resources are allocated.

 Requirements are gathered and documented
 Design and Develop the prototype of the online booking system
 Test and Implement the designed architecture of the stud Farm booking system
 Reports are implemented based on the project requirements.
 Support the system through warranty period of 24 months.

 To deliver a low cost solution to the consumers

absolutely free of errors

Assumptions
It is assumed that the online system developed for Online Stud Farm will be completed
within estimated time and budget. The project manager and the project team members will take all
necessary actions for the successful accomplishment of the project. Motivational speech will be
delivered to the project team members to keep the engaged to their job roles. It is also assumed
that system will be able to store proper up to date information and jeep them safe from the external
attackers. The operational cost and the response time from the clients end will be minimized. All the
ethical consideration is undertaken for the successful implementation of the online booking system.
Constraints
For this project proper project triple constraints are considered such as scope, time and budget. It is
expected that for the successful implementation of the project, 8 months will be needed for
designing and testing system. On the other hand, the total budget estimated for the system is
$80,000. Not necessarily the overall estimated cost and the planned cost will be similar, this may
vary a little whether exceed or may less budget will be required for the implementation. However,
the role of the project manager and the project team members are to complete the project within
the estimation with all necessary technical applications.
Scope Management Plan – 10 Marks
The scope for this particular online booking system is to deliver a secured efficient, user friendly,
reliable, flexible system to the consumers. This low cost solution is faster than the traditional
booking system and the rate of manmade error will be completely resolved with the successful
implementation of the online booking system. The rate for data redundancy and data duplicity and
memory loss will also be minimized a lot with the online booking system.
