system to the consumers. Initially, the company has a spread sheet for managing all the

business perspectives. The traditional process was not at all sustainable. Thus, the two
different types of values considered for the online project include faster and cheaper.
Faster: The online booking system of Stud farm will become quite faster with additional
incorporation of technologies. It is the role of the project developers and the project
managers to design the system properly so that it can meet the requirements of the
company and the demand of the consumers as well.
Cheaper: Besides efficient the system is also needed to be cheaper and affordable for
the consumers end. From market analysis it has been found that there are already many
online booking farms available thus besides efficiency the online booking cost or price
should also have to be cheaper than the previous one.
