In this report, the group goes for building up a proposed framework for overseeing on the
Online Student Farm Management System. It will cover contracting of required assets and
assignment of required assets and materials. Be that as it may, the task won't cover promoting

and Globex corp.
3. Project Description
Globex Corp has taken up a project for the development and implementation of an automated
system called Online Stud Farm Management System (OSFMS). The company is closely
work with Virtucon since long periods of time and must meet the specifications and goals of
this project as well. There are several problems that are encountered with the current manual
processes that are followed in the stud farms. For instance, the bookings and payments are
manually handled by the Stud Manager that may lead to the presence of several errors and
mistakes. The automated is being developed so that all such possibilities of errors and

mistakes are avoided. The system will offer additional benefits of enhanced accuracy, speed,
and quality as well.

It has always been known that adequate leadership and management play a very important
role in the success or failure of the projects. The significance of these skills and roles became
clear with the actual experience of the same during the timeline of the project. The specific
skills and competencies that the project leaders and the project managers shall possess
became clear. The leadership can be executed in a variety of different styles and the aim
should be to motivate the employees to adopt the best practices and maintain the ethical
compliance in all the activities. ICT projects involve a huge number of tasks and activities
that are simultaneously carried out. Effective project management and leadership are essential
for such projects. The primary resource responsible for ensuring the adequate execution and
completion of all the activities is the Project Manager. The resources must have soft skills as
communication, negotiation, leadership, creative thinking, and critical thinking abilities along
with technical knowledge and skills. The decision-making skills of the Project Manager are
of a great importance in the projects (Westland, 2016). The resource shall also know the
strategies that shall be adopted for managing the project risks and issues (Mmu, 2016).
The roles and specific responsibilities were defined in the project planning phase and were
mapped with the employees assigned with the project duties to ensure that any confusion was
avoided. The primary reason and force behind the success of the project was the skills and
abilities of the team members and the spirit of team collaboration showcased by the
employees. The managers could motivate the employees to perform the project tasks as per
the best of their abilities and productivity levels. The organization also proved to be
supportive of the same by providing the employees with the benefits and monetary and non-
monetary rewards to keep them motivated at all times. The skills of the employees play a
significant role during the execution of the project tasks. It is, therefore essential that the

resources are allocated with the project responsibilities as per their skill set and abilities. This
will ensure enhanced success rate for the projects.
