1. Project overview
Businesses all over the world are improvising every day and they are experiencing dramatic
changes in technologies in recent times. The online advanced system is gradually rooting out the
age old process of conducting business. The recent technologies are providing competitive
advantages and profits and also aids in solving complicated problems and ideas. Globex
Technologies is one such multinational company that is aiming for implementing an advanced
technology that will assist the business. The main motive of the technology is to enhance the
existing business process. A team has been elected by Globex and the team will develop the
Online Stud farming Management System.
The project report will explain the assumptions and the risk assessment. The project plan will
illustrate the engagement of the project stakeholders for the project.
2.0 Measurable organizational value (MOV)
2.1 Desired area of Impact
OSFMS project’s desired area of impact consists of-
Customer: Globex can be knowledgeable about the issues which the customers, horse
owners of Globex face
Strategy: The online system can assist them to take strategical decisions.
Social: The employee staff and the customers, horse owners can stay interlinked with
each other and the OSFMS system can make it a possible one

the employees. The employee and the management staff can access the data online from
anywhere and any devices. The online system will aid them in storing, accessing and processing

Better: The online system has several benefits to offer. The OSFMS system comes with
enhanced security and privacy features which enable the employees and the customers, horse
owners to conduct the business with ease

manual system involves hardware and the software resources, however, the new online system
will eliminate the use of several hardware as well as software resources
