The project is mainly aims to develop an online management system for an
organization, which is mainly named as “Stud Farms”. The organization works manually for
supervising its activities and therefore faces lot of complexities. In order to mitigate the
complexities, Globlex wants to invest in the development of online system.
Project description
The online management system that is required to be developed for Stud farm
provides opportunity of booking as well as making payment through an online platform. In

addition to this, the system provides features like financial feature, breeding feature as well as
mobile feature for providing proper facility to the clients. Additionally the system includes
other features, which are as follows:
Online tracking of location facility is given by the OSFM system

It is realized by me that proper leadership qualities must be present within a project
manager for accomplishing the objectives of the project. However when I have nagged with
this project I analyzed that a single style of leadership is not helpful. A leader must always be
prepared for changing the style as per the need and situation for achieving successful.
Additionally, proper skills in time management are very much vital for the project.
The ICT project manager must have proper knowledge in soft skills for managing the
project like development of management system. In addition to they must also be capable of
