The main purpose of this report is to illustrate an effective project development plan as a
system of “Online Ticket Booking” for the Riverina agriculture Life Style Show (RALS).

Overview of the project

Lifestyle Show. BT and Sons develop this system so as to showcase the local business,
lifestyle products, farmers, and the supplier of agricultural equipment. There are different

and Sons took up (Al-hawari and Mouakket, 2012). Apart from this, the RALS issued and
sold the ticket offline that triggers the delay or procrastination in the opening due to a huge
crowd at its gate and slow process of selling the ticket. People avoid to stand in a queue and
to buy the ticket by paying for it. They want to go into the show but do not want to be in the
queue. The volunteers check the tickets of people while entering the show. However, it is
very difficult to get everyone checked due to a huge crowd at RALS (Mohapatra, 2013). The

(Kerzner, 2013). This causes the situation of delay in the opening and start of the show due to
the huge crowd and slow process of selling of the ticket. This project is about to develop an
online booking system where the ticket can be sold and purchased online without visiting
RALS physically. People can easily purchase the show ticket without standing in the queue.
Apart from this, this can help in controlling and monitoring the entrance of the people so that
people without a ticket cannot enter the show. It can make much easy for the volunteers to
check the tickets of all the visitors. RALS has taken a decision to outsource the responsibility
of ticketing to (Globex Zhao et al, 2010). Globex has further entered into a contract with
Virtuncon for developing the proposed ticketing system.

The team work has needs to follow some specific rules and expectations to ensure that system
is effectively designed within the predetermined time frame. When the worker works within
the team on the specific project they need to comply with the project rules and regulations. In
this way, the rules and expectations of this project and team members are as follows. It is
necessary that all the team members including team leaders will attend all the team meetings
and will be on time to contribute in the team work (Flyvbjerg, 2013). All team leaders would
be responsible to organize the team meetings and prepare the agendas for the all team
members meetings. Along with this, team leaders would be responsible to send the minutes of
meetings of top management or board of the organization. It is also ruled that all the team
members and team leaders must to attained all the team meetings for a full time in case of any
emergency they would be allowed. The team members and team leaders avoid the talk on the
social and informal topics at the time of the meeting or within meeting hours. It is because
talk on the social and informal topic can distract the team members and leaders from the
meeting topics (Sharon et al, 2011). The team member and team leaders would be allowed for
the brief informal talk at the beginning and end of the teams.
At the same time, the team leaders and members needs must focus on the meeting topic that
