From the overview of the project it is found that, the project is all about the development
or implementation of online ticketing system to avoid the issues associated to system processing.
The Riverina Agriculture and the lifestyle show were founded in the year of 2010, before the
establishment of Globex. In November a 3 days event named as RALS, was organized that,
generally deploys different local business, agricultural equipments, raw material suppliers and
farmers as well. For maximizing the ticket gates that is dependent on ticket selling was the main
focus of the organization to look after. As the demand is growing day by day thus the price of
the tickets are also increasing rapidly and due to this reason the company is willing to adopt

online ticketing system to make the ticket selling approach much efficient. After the
implementation of this particular approach the consumers need not to wit on any queue.
1.3 Project description and project objectives
The RALS project is based on advanced online ticketing system instead of manual ticket
booking. It has been found that this approach does not only help to reduce the number of
consumer’s over the queue but also assist the number of consumers who are willing to buy
tickets online. Users can utilize different kinds of digital devices to process the online ticketing
system for the consumers. The objectives of the projects are as follows:
