The students who are enrolled in the traditional MBA programs have well knowledge in
comparison to online tests. In traditional MBA programs, there is the personal interaction of the
students with the teachers so they attain the knowledge better and if they have any query then
they can ask the teachers at that moment only. It was reported that test cores have attained 95.3%
in on-ground MBA programs. The students in this program have analytical and logical skills and
easily develop the solution to business problems (Hammond, et al., 2015).
The students who are enrolled in the online MBA programs have less knowledge as a
comparison to traditional MBA programs as they do not have any personal interaction with the
teachers and due to this their skills and knowledge get reduced. It was reported that in online
MBA programs, the test scores which are attained is 54.6%. The people can obtain the
graduation degree by their own place and can take classes from their own comforts like on
weekends or in the evenings (Johnson-Lutz, et al., 2015). The students who enrolled in the online
MBA have become more sophisticated than the traditional MBA programs.
Potential employers use this information for job applicants. The major preference is given
to the traditional MBA programs than the Online MBA programs as those students have much
knowledge and skills as a comparison to online students (Roe, et al., 2015). Those students have
dealt with the real problems and have spent hours in their class so they have put the major focus
as a comparison to the online MBA students who are taking their class by sitting their home. The
information about obtaining an MBA degree is also used in making the decisions that the person
has enough information about the theoretical and practical information.
