Wedgetail Creek Primary School closed its Tuckshop during the COVID-19 pandemic,
and it wants to re-open in January 2021. There were a number of issues with the way it operated
in the past, with complaints particularly from the parents, staff and children. The school wants to
use this opportunity to plan out a revitalised tuckshop which will better meet the needs of all its
stakeholders. After the evaluation of these problems, it has been decided that this tuckshop will
be selling products online. In this way, this tuckshop can earn some profit and money in the time
of this pandemic. It's a smart idea to build a template for the business model at the very
