1. Introduction
The present need for maintaining the updated system has developed concerns in the
OnlineAuct company. The company was previously performing using the conventional
methods of business but with the increase in business, the need of website is imminent. A
brief analysis of a website for the company is being discussed in this report. The complete
design of the website is being provided that illustrates how the users and employees would be
interacting with the website. The designing of the website is being done on the basis of the
principles of user experience and user interface design.
2. Strategy plane
2.1 Product objectives
The product that is being implemented in the OnlineAuct company would allow the
company to provide significantly improved services and products to the customers. The
customer satisfaction would increase substantially and simplified methods of gaining the
products of the company would be provided to the customers. The website of the company
would allow to be constantly updated regarding the new products and gain various products
at the lowest prices.
2.2 User needs
The customer of the company needs the website to be easily accessible. The
availability of all the main information on the website should be visible in proper font and
size. The customer needs the website for placing a product in the company for selling and
gain proper notification regarding any potential buyer. The buyers who visits the website for
purchasing any product should view all the available products of the company in the
homepage of the website so that they could purchase the products easily without any

For the development of improved website in the company, the agile methodology
would be followed that would ensure the easy and accurate implementation of the complete

of the phases are eliminated before the deployment of the complete website (Sayeed, Hassan
