OOSD Project: Implementation Guide for Semester Management

How to start the program
1. First of all extract the zip folder.
2. After the extraction separates the oosd folder from it and store the oosd folder in your
desktop.
3. Now start the NetBeans and open the project by going to the desktop and select the oosd.
4. After the project is opened in the Netbeans then right click on oosd and click on run.
5. Now the project is good to go you can use the program.
How to use the program
1. First of all the welcome OOSD, JFrame will pop up.
2. Select the semester by clicking on the select semester button.
3. Then a new JFrame will appear to select the semester and the type of user (lecturer,
student) and click on the open button.
4. According to the user (lecturer, student) selection Details JFrame will appear form this frame
user can enter the id of (lecturer, student) based on the user selection.
4.1 By clicking on the add button a new JFrame will pop up where user has to enter the
name, contact number, and the address. By clicking on the save button a warning
message will appear showing the id of the lecturer or student.
4.2 After entering the id of the lecturer or student user can edit, delete and search about
the particular student or lecturer.
5. All the details of the lecturers and student will store in the Module folder store in oosd
folder which is stored on your desktop.
