Business Rules
In the entity Record, every record is uniquely identified by record id.
For every record, there is an appoint id which is assigned.
Every therapist has different specialization so unique ID of therapist will help to
differentiate every therapist.
Appointments for every customer are unique so ID of the appointment will help in
identifying different appointments of the clients.
There is a many-to-many relationship between the treatment and the appointment entities
so in order to remove that Treatment_bookings entity is created which is connected to the
appointment and treatment with one-to-many relationship individually.
For every booking, there is an ID which is assigned and similarly, for the treatment
entity, a unique code is created.
There is a one-to-one relationship between the record entity and the appointment entity
shown in the diagram.
For every payment of the client, there is a unique ID that is created.
In the entity appointment, there are two foreign keys named as TB_ID and TH_ID which
are taking reference from other tables named as Treatment_Booking and Therapist.
Another foreign key is TB_ID which is present in payments and taking reference from
the treatment_bookings table also a T_CODE foreign key in treatment_booking taking
reference from treatments table.
