Step 4
Reflection Part A
Creating folders and creating online documents on one drive
For creating the online document and folder one drive was the provided platform. In
addition to this it should also be noted that one drive is an online document storage system
and for storing the files offline the office 365 software is used. For the first step the office
365 software was downloaded from the official site of Microsoft where the I was required to
login using the Microsoft user id and password. In step 2 the I was required to log in to the
onedrive.live website and this also required the username and password credentials. Hence,
the user has top log in to the system using the Microsoft log in credentials. In the third step,
the folder was created in one drive and the file was created in OneDrive. The file was also
saved in the folder online. All the step would help in creating and uploading documents
online in future. All the steps also provide an efficient demonstration of how the files can be
safeguarded in the online storage options. The third step particularly focuses on the

demonstration of storing and online editing of files. Hence this demonstration would guide
me in the future.
Step 5
Reflection Part B
After the use of one drive I have thought of it as an efficient platform that can be used
for storing the files online and also help a project team in sharing files efficiently. With the
help of this tool a project member can upload a document on the online repository and the
team members can view the project which in stored online. In addition to this if the update in
project is made online all the project members would be receiving updates on the project. The
updated solution would be available to each and every member of project team alt all time.
This team to maintain a consistency in the project.
In addition to this, the security in the project is also very important and hence, the
security features of one drive are to consulted with efficiently. In addition to this, there are
other cloud based risk that are present. Among the risks the risk of the file getting stolen is
with most priority and hence these steps are to be mitigated efficiently.
