a) There are several functions which are conducted in a company so that they can attain their
desire goal as well as objectives in effective manner (Limbach and et.al., 2020). In respect of
Travel Luggage Company, their main three functions are designing, manufacturing and selling of
hard and soft core luggage.
b) The constitute operations in Travel Luggage Company are those which help in transforming
inputs into the outputs. The main three activities are transportation of luggage, procession or
manufacturing and then storage.
c) Inputs of Travel Luggage Company are capital, heavy duty plastics and metal frame on the
other hand outputs are soft core and hard core luggage, hanging bags, briefcases and purse.

The Travel Luggage Company can add new line like Add Moments of Style in traveling
or they can add a traveling life full of fashion and style. While developing luggage respective
company go through several stages such as designing, arranging funds and resources,
manufacturing, transportation and so on (Sennewald and Baillie, 2020). At the designing stage
company designer design luggage, purse, bags etc. according to new trends and customers
demand. At the manufacturing stage luggage is manufacture according to requirement.
Moreover, the functional design would include designing of luggage according to need,
requirement and new trends.

= 1428.57
Mass production = $ 400000/ $ 150 - $ 20

b) Compute the point of indifference

batch production they get profit of 1428.57 whereas if they adopt mass production they able to
generate profit of 3076.92.
c) How company should schedule these processes?
By above analysis it can be recommended to Travel Luggage Company that they must
adopt mass production as it will help in generating more profit.

There are different quality dimension which Maurice work required for conducting their
work in effective manner such as performance, serviceability, conformance, reliability, perceived
quality and many more (Zhiyong, Hailemeskel and Xiaojin, 2020). Through this Maurice able to
conduct their work in effective manner in order to satisfy their boss in successfully.

According to Deming wheel in order to improve situation of Maurice work they may
adopt PDCA model according to which Maurice need to plan first that how much calls they need
to answer in order to meet company target according to which they need to conduct their work.
In addition to this respective person also need to conduct evaluation is they are going things right
or not. After that they will conduct improvement which helps in improving performance in
effective as well as successful manner.
