INTRODUCTION
The term operation management is very helpful term in order to create the highest level
of efficiency. It involves the function like supervision and coordination of work so that
production of goods can be effective. This kind of system is very helpful in manner to give
solution to specific problem. In present report the case study has given on the operation strategy
on Rapid lube, it has covered huge market and performs function like oil changes, lubrication
