Reason of selecting aviation industry
Apart from this, clients of the cited firm are not being communicated properly by the
customer service departments. Delay in flight and unscheduled flight arrangement are the major
issues that is recently faced by Norwegian company. These are the reasons that impact on overall
brand image of the firm. The main purpose of selecting this aviation firm is to identify the rout
cause of these operational issues and suggest strategies to improve operational efficiency of the
business unit. Aviation industry is not performing work effectively, as in the case of American
