The two most important key performance indicators for the organization are service
quality and budget quality. The quality of service provided by the organization is one of the
key performance indicator and the organization will be using the feedback from the students
to understand the level of performance of the new managers. The number of companies the
managers are able to bring for campus placement is also another key performance indicator.
The number of students receiving placement is also one of the key performance indicators
(Ogawa et al. 2017). The organization has set a particular budget and the campus mangers
will have to work with the allocated budget. The proper utilization of the capital to bring in
positive development for the growth of the students and the organization at the same time can
also be considered as a key performance indicator. The deviation in the budget will help to
understand the performance of the organization along with the performance of the newly
appointed managers (Forte et al. 2015).

The organization is going to conduct a campus drive interview for the appointment of
