INTRODUCTION
Operation management plays an important role in running overall manufacturing activity

employees and more than 24500 trucks are execute in which 50% are exported. Further project,
discuss about review and critique regarding principle of operation management, stages of PLC
and effectiveness of PLC theories.

administration and controlling of all business practices in order to increase the production
efficiency and effectiveness among the workforce of organisation. Further, under this operation

productivity of business. The main criteria is to create balance between the cost and income in
order to attain higher level of operational profits.
