meet the requirements and its effect on the management of the customer relationship and
communication with suppliers and purchasing department of the company along with the
appropriate improvement measures. Also, the contribution of IT system on value added changes
and increasing the efficiency of the operations and performance of the company and profitability.
Besides this, the practical IT system solutions will be recommended.

departments of the company, which causes the disorientation between the various departments of

functionality in order to gain better coordination between the various departments of the
company and get better profitability. At JS supermarket, the MIS system will help the company
to manage its operation between Accounting as well as Purchasing and Store department. At
present, the system available at work stations of the purchasing department are not in any
connection with that of the Accounting department which causes a communication gap between
