INTRODUCTION
Operation business impact analysation is to generally provide business manager within
sufficient business provide for better visibility to consider for better failure in their enterprise
system will have significant on business related operation to gain towards high competitive
advantages (Ganda., 2019). For this report, there is analysis about Apple Company Swot
Analysation for inter relation within two factor selected from Swot Assessment.

areas.
As in previous section of Swot Analysation for Apple company to prevails more internal
information about company internal capabilities to attain more competitive advantages. In detail
assessment for Apple micro environment is depicts about several strength and weakness are
internal and Opportunities and threats are external (Liao and et. al., 2019). For justified one of
factor in each functional areas such as Marketing, Human resource department, finance and
Research and development.
In following there are two function is consider for Swot Analysis about Apple Company.
Marketing: This is most important factor in which it generates more promotional and selling ofn
product and distribution of product and service for specific company that enhance to achieve
competitive advantages. As Apple is having Global presence for its product quailty some of key
driver are as follows: Technological Drivers: As Apple is assort high tech advanced type resources which is
authorised by Apple trademark. The processor iOS is most profound internal
specification which is highly premium that enhance overall product of Apple more
expensive. Due to this Apple is having less assorting of other resources because that is
used by other company in which Apple could not able to negotiate in high competitive
advantages.
Social Drivers: The company is well known for its premium prices of their product and
services that reach to only high buying power base customer which are in limited in
range. Due to this Apple could attain majority of customer, for this they have to

manufacture economic range of product and services that enables to attain high
competitive advantages.
Research And Development:
Technological Driver: Apple is not having comfort with using of other type of software
unless Apple not authorised with that particular one (Moore and International Business
Machines Corp, 2019). Even though, people buy Apple product and services they enters
in Apple universe in which buyers have to bear only accessories of Apple base product
that bears more expensive. For this issue Apple must allows some sort of leverage in
software technologies which buyer can easily negotiate while using it.
Social Drivers: As per they approach technology which Apple used in their gadgets for
making them unique but some buyers could not easily refers their specification
(Uchman and et. al., 2020). This is one of the factor Apple started to launch eco
friendly product that not harm any type of environment prevents more sustainable in
competitive advantages.
