It is very important for the newly formed team to know their goals so that they can move
together in the direction of success. This is an effective way of developing team spirit in the
organization as well.

The newly formed team will require to have certain steps which will provide them the
dos and don't. That will improve their efficiency in the organization.

With the help of this plan the healthcare workers of the company will be successful in
determination of the effective ways of providing different services to the patient. Re-
establishment of the teams in the healthcare organization can also increase the effectiveness of
the outcomes of the healthcare services provided to the patients. This plan proves to be very
effective as it does not just say what should be done but also explains the area of improvement
for the healthcare workers. This allows the organization to increase its efficiency in providing
great services to the customers. According to the above study serving the needy first is the best
and the most effective way of making sure that the healthcare organization is concerned with the
healthcare of their patients (Benitez, Da Silveira and Fogliatto, 2019).
CONCLUSION
After analysing the entire report it can be concluded that this report focuses on roles and
responsibilities of operational manager within the Healthcare organization. Along with this
various skills in a leadership is also being explained in this report. This report also provides
different theories of leadership for the Healthcare practices and how this theories can improvised
the style of Management associate elaborated in this report. Various theoretical model of
leadership has been discussed in this report so that organisation can choose appropriate
leadership style.
