expand, she can find partners, investors, or simply use debt to finance her business by taking a
loan from a local bank. The cleaning business has already begun so there is proof of concept that
shows that this business is viable.
Sarah should therefore not use partners because in that case, she will need to share all the
profits with them though they did not aid in starting the business. Therefore, the best course of
action for Anna would be to look for people who are willing to invest in the business (Balzarini
et al., 2017). In that case, they will own a certain stake of the business based on their financial
contribution and they will also assist in creating networks for the business and helping it to grow
exponentially.
The funds received from the investors will now be used to hire new staff and purchase the
different equipment required to run the business in large scale. Investors are better for Sarah as
opposed to borrowing money because even if the business may fail to succeed, Sarah will not be
required to liquidate her business to make the payments (Collewaert & Fassin, 2017).
Job duties for the cleaners.
1. To clean designated areas in the facilities. This includes sweeping, dusting, vacuuming,
cleaning vents in ceilings, mopping, and cleaning the washrooms.
2. Carry out routine inspections in the facilities of the different clients and perform
maintenance activities.
3. Stock different consumable supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
4. Empty the different waste bins in the facilities and transport the waste products to the
points of collection.

levels of waste system optimization, employee attendance, comparison of the incurred expenses
to the budgeted costs, and results of quality audits by location.

8. There is also a code of practice on how health and safety risks can be managed. This code
offers guidance in a practical manner for people who have the roles of managing risks
that are related to safety and health under the WHS Act.
9. Code of practice on how to remove asbestos. This code gives guidance to people whose
duties involve the removal of asbestos from places of work. These workers are classified
as either class A or class b asbestos removers (Workscover Queensland, 2017).
