Leadership plays a prominent role in the success of each and every business unit in the
world. They provide vision and long term objectives and motivate their subordinates to achieve
these goals and objectives. A leader is a person who has effective control over organisational
functions and management in the long run (Arnason, 2009). This report is based on Starbucks
which is a well-known brand and leading fast food chain in the United Kingdom. This report
