the cost of production in tangible and intangible assets and ensures that they are not over
stretched or wasted in the organisation. Leaders and managers in the operation management
make sure that all the workers and employees consider about their roles and duties for the task
and activities which ensures the increase in productivity where the quality is not compromised. It
also offers to create opportunities in order to inspect the areas where the quality can be enhanced
