1. Strategies for recruiting staff
Required staff for both new branches in Brisbane and Sydney

6 trainers (1 trainer per 20 students, the total number of students in one branch is of 60
students)
The college has set out certain policies that must be followed in the recruitment process for all
personnel. The above-mentioned staffs are necessary to be appointed for the success and proper
running of the college.
Receptionists are needed in the new college branches because they will help in responding to any
enquires that people may have. Since it is a new college branch, there would be people that
would enquire a number of things like what are the courses offered or what is the exact time to
meet with various respected faculties. Another job role would be to assist the head to the college
so that crucial information can be provided to them (Chron. 2019).
Student service officer deals with the lives of the students. They would help in addressing any
queries that the students may have and also managing all of the files related to them. This would
include their financial records and their academic records (Entwistle, & Ramsden, 2015).
Trainer or teachers would see that proper education about the courses is provided to the students
and as the students start to increase more trainers would be required.
Details of the required positions would be measured equally as the policy recruitment and
selection policy does not change. The policy requires certain factors to be seen:
Pre-employment checks: there would be checks on whether there are any gaps present in
the employment of the candidate. If there is any gap then it there would be need of an
explanation.
