1. Statement of the goal and objectives of the project
1.1 Goal
After analyzing the case scenario it has been determined that, the goal of the company is
to purchase and install oven in Hillscape Resort in terms of products delivery details based on
budget, product research, its location and layout details. After determining budget details the
menu should be rewritten. There are certain approaches to be followed while preparing the
market launch. The goal of the report is to identify the KRAs and KPIs including the success
evaluation criteria. In addition to this, during project progress phase proper implementation and
monitoring phases are considered and identified in this project.
1.2 Objectives
To conduct a product research to determine net budget, delivery details, location
and layout of the purchase oven install
To rewrite the print menu
To prepare a market launch plan
2. Explanation of internal and external analysis
The purpose of Hillscape Resort project is to purchase and install new kitchen appliances
to prepare and rewrite the food menus and print those. Before launching the final preparation
some promotional and marketing activities are required to be conducted by the project managers.
Both internal and external analyses are crucial for the successful implementation of the operation
of the project. The internal analysis result will incorporate some measures that may provide
information regarding project strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). On the
