clients (Christopher 2016). Other legislations included for managing good hospitality services
are Trade Practices Act and Environmental Protection Act which have assisted in conserving the
environment and maintained an ecological balance in nature too. This has helped in promoting
the Ecotourism campaign, which has maintained values, leadership aspects and even maintained
the integrity through innovation and delivery of better customers’ services too. The business
activities are managed sustainably with the implementation of Alpine Resorts Management Act,
which considers the environmental aspects and maintained proper strategic plans too for ensuring
meeting up to the clients’ expectations and higher revenue generation through proper
management of logistics and supply chain activities too (Winter & Knemeyer 2013).
1.2 Consultative process
The ski resort in Mt. Buller has offered great scenery view and provided the visitors with
a great experience during their stay at the resort. The resort authorities have maintained all the
safety aspects and even implemented proper environmental laws, rules and regulations to
maintain an ecological balance in nature as well. The consultative processes are managed with
the involvement of various stakeholders associated with the business functioning including the
investors or shareholders, employees, managers, Government and regulatory bodies. The RMB
provided a handsome amount of money for providing assistance to the management of marketing
efforts and maintain the alpine visitation campaign effortlessly through promotion of ecotourism
as well. The ecotourism has been a major innovation of the hospitality service provider, which
has not only helped in the management of wildflowers’ viewing, viewing of the mountains,
skiing and bushwalking too (Islam et al. 2013). The licensing has been managed for ensuring
successful business functioning and at the same time, monitored the environmental aspects and

regularly checked whether the environmental aspects have been managed or not. To keep the
visitors viewing the website consistently, the involvement of social media platforms is essential
for increasing the numbers of followers and engage all the major stakeholders altogether in
business for successful business functioning. This could not only make the organization capable
of adjusting to changes, but also share or exchange relevant ideas and opinions required to meet
the client’s expectations and ensure business growth, development and higher revenue generation
(Mangan, Lalwani & Lalwani 2016).

During the consultation with various stakeholders, it was also found that few extra health
and safety workers were needed because of the lack of health and safety, which caused few
accidents creating threats and harm for the visitors. There is need of a new machine that can
remove snow from the top of cottages within the ski resort. It is because with the accumulation
of snow on the rooftops, it can be dangerous (Rushton, Croucher & Baker 2014).
