Scope
As per the requirements of the provided case study, the scope of the operational plan is to
renovate the old entrance and make it look more attractive with modern fittings and fixtures. The
scope also includes the provision of a sitting area for almost 20 individuals to enjoy the weather
outside. This would be next to a small cake shop serving beverages, cookies and cakes.
