opportunity of this particular company. SWOT analysis is needed for assessment of the

both the business owners of CC Music, Clive and Chris are professional music teachers and
have selected this specific profession for their career (Hausken 2015). Hence, the
organization or business would not get any type of disadvantage by providing these people

a) Odoo: It provides a strong framework and helps in enabling interactions of sales,

customization quite easier (Marler and Parry 2016). As a result, people with less technical
knowledge would be able to use it easily.
b) Dolibarr: It is fit for all business sizes and eventually comes with all types of
requirements of the user, such as accounting, inventory module, CRM and many more. It is
also referred to as the best alternative for business that has in house technical teams and also
those, who want to become a part of the ERM software.

services. It is majorly concerned with subsequent management of the production system,
which converts the inputs to subsequent outputs and then deliver proper products and services
(Reid and Sanders 2019). Different sectors, such as companies, customers, banking systems
can use technology in their organizations to ensure that a proper and effective approach is
being included without much issue. Proper inventory control is required to be analysed, so
that it becomes quite easier for the business to get success eventually. Moreover, the process
design, facilities planning, inventory control and production planning (Kurbel 2016). A
proper description of the CC Music case study to understand their present situation as well as
