Conflict situation is the most difficult problem that influence on employee's performance
and business growth. Leader need to understand need and requirement of staff and provide them
all the facilities which make them comfortable and satisfied at workplaces. In a team of different
individuals, the chance of conflict arising is much higher. In that situation leader play an
important role by collaborate with employee's and try to interpret their issues (Hassan and
Hatmaker, 2014). They use Situational leadership style for solving problems in work area.
Leader need to resolve conflicts by understanding conditions of employees through using
different strategies such as telling, participating, selling and delegating with employee's they
solve the problems.
